As a fan of compact sex toys you can use in the shower, I welcomed receiving the MysteryVibe Poco in exchange for an honest review.

The turquoise-green bendable vibrator is one of six MysteryVibe vibrators created by the UK-based sexual wellness brand. Each of its smart sex toys connects to the MysteryVibe App, which works as a wireless remote and provides more vibration options and programmable features.

Like the company’s other FDA-registered sex toys available to ship, customers in the United States can buy MysteryVibe Poco using flexible savings accounts (FSA) or health saving accounts. These are pre-tax accounts for purchasing healthcare-related items.

Read on for my MysteryVibe Poco review, which shares my personal experience using the bendable vibe and how it compares to the brand’s flagship vibrator, MysteryVibe Crescendo 2.

Late last year, I also received the MysteryVibe Crescendo 2 and will share my review of it in the next few weeks. For now, I’ve shared photos of both of MysteryVibe’s bendable vibrators side-by-side in various curved positions for comparison.

What is MysteryVibe Poco?

Smart sex toy company MysteryVibe promotes Poco as a G-spot vibrator on its website. However, it has many other possible uses thanks to the flat bendable vibrator’s design.

The sex toy’s malleable feature allows it to adapt to different body types and genitalia as well as sensation preferences. It has two motors along with 16 intensity levels and 8 pre-set patterns.

Look closer, and you’ll see that MysteryVibe Poco is designed to mimic the shape and movement of fingers. At just under 6 inches (15cm), it bends in two places and holds form after it’s shaped into a position.

The company also highlights the bendable vibrator’s potential for self-pleasure when used externally.

Some MysteryVibe materials have promoted Poco as a bullet vibrator, which I actually find more appealing and accessible to my needs.

Its medical-grade silicone exterior and wider girth, which ranges from 1 inch (2.5cm) at the top and 1.6 inches (4cm) at the base, give MysteryVibe Poco a more accessible, non-slip grip, than standard bullet vibes.

The larger diameter also makes it more likely to be compatible with gripping aids such as the Active Hands small item gripping aid I wrote about in my Vibease Ruby review. (This Vibease vibrator is now apparently discontinued.)

For more size reference on bullet vibrators, above I’ve shared a photo of a bent MysteryVibe Poco with a purple “Rocket Bullet” from Pipedream that is 3.6 inches long (91mm) and 0.7 inches in diameter (18mm).

How to use MysteryVibe Poco

How you use MysteryVibe Poco will depend on your body and personal preferences. I consider the sex toy a multi-use vibrator that can stimulate the G-spot or be used more like a wand for external stimulation.

Every body is different. Also, the amount of curve and flexibility offered by MysteryVibe Poco is limited, especially in comparison to MyseryVibe Crescendo 2. That being said, some users may be able to bend the design for dual stimulation of their clitoris and G-Spot. Specifically, if your clitoris rests close to your vaginal opening, you are more likely the benefit from this design.

As a lover of outercourse, I enjoyed testing out MysteryVibe Poco. it can also bend around the pubic mound, which can be pleasurable on its own and indirectly stimulate the clitoris.

My MysteryVibe Poco was sent to me in 2020, and it is still working well considering its consistent yet irregular use over three years.

I mean to say, it’s not my go-to vibrator, but I appreciate it for offering deeper, rumbly vibes. On the other hand, I’ve had go-to vibrators of mine bust within a year, so I’m satisfied with how my MysteryVibe Poco still performs.

As I said above, it’s also a good friend in the shower, and it’s held up in decent working order. I will say more of its ability to bend and stay in positions below.

MysteryVibe Poco vs MysteryVibe Crescendo 2

MyseryVibe Poco was designed to be a pocket-sized and entry-level sex toy, and in this regard, I think the company met its goals. It’s a toned-down and more affordable product than the predecessor Crescendo, which costs $255 while Poco is $183.

That’s still pricier than your average sex toy but reasonable at this level of function and quality.

Again, MysteryVibe Poco is designed to be a smaller and more affordable version of the brand’s flagship smart vibrator, the MysteryVibe Crescendo 2. As a result, some people criticize it for its, uh hem, “shortcomings.”

MysteryVibe Poco can only bend in 2 spots, while Crescendo 2 can be bent in so many spots it can curve into a U-turn-like shape.

The Crescendo is 8.5 inches long, offering more flexibility and less rigidity. It is a more malleable sex toy that’s easier to bend. So if you’re looking for a bigger, more malleable device for stimulating the G-spot and clitoris or the penis perineum at the same time, then you will likely prefer MysteryVibe Crescendo 2.

Crescendo 2 is also better at holding its shape than MysteryVibe Poco, which did hold form, but did not stay very rigid when bent, unlike its purple predecessor.

If you are really seeking a bendable vibrator with maximum curve potential, I’d suggest the Crescendo 2. I still recommend the MysteryVibe Poco, but more for people who are seeking a multi-use sex toy that’s high quality and has flexible features.

What I appreciated a lot about MysteryVibe’s Poco are its well-marked buttons. I’ve often seen vibrators with unmarked buttons, which is a pain when there are more than two and they are similarly placed.

However, the buttons felt stiff are stiff, however, so they may be challenging for people with weak or no hand strength.

The MysteryVibe app

If the buttons on the smart bendable vibrator itself aren’t ideal, you can also control MysteryVibe Poco via Bluetooth with the MysteryVibe app.

The MysteryVibe App is available for free on both Android and iOS. In addition to more customization and vibration options, it requires minimal finger pressure.

I found pairing MysteryVibe Poco to my Apple Smartphone a simple process.

The MysteryVibe app guided me from the start with easy-to-follow prompts and in moments I was able to create my own vibration patterns and control the two motors. As a note, the app will control sex toys within Bluetooth range, but will not connect for remote or long-distance sex.
