Male sexual health company MYHIXEL, which specializes in smart technology that trains users to control ejaculation, released an updated version of both its interactive app and stimulation device this month.
MYHIXEL Control is an AI-enhanced version of its two previous gamified climax control offerings MYHIXEL MED and MYHIXEL TR.
The updated eight-week exercise program caters to each user’s specific needs users. Using artificial intelligence, MYHIXEL Control provides personalized plans created by doctors and medical experts that have been clinically proven to work. Learning how to control ejaculation involves both the new MYHIXEL II masturbator and the MYHIXEL Play app.
Who is MYHIXEL Control designed for?
The MYHIXEL Control system is designed for men experiencing a lack of ejaculatory control, whether it be a consistent or occasional issue. Since it adapts to each user’s needs, the new MYHIXEL II and AI program may also be suitable for those just starting out on their sexual journey or people later in life noticing changes in their bodies.
The male sexual health company MYHIXEL claims it can help prolong sexual experiences up to seven times longer, without medication or negative side effects.

Demand for ejaculation control tech
In November 2022, the sexual health brand’s crowdfunding campaign for MYHIXEL CONTROL more than quadrupled its fundraising goal of €20,000 less than a week after launching. It has since raised €540,30 from nearly 2,800 backers.
The fast success of MYHIXEL’s Kickstarter campaign last year suggests the ever-popular quest to control ejaculation isn’t going anywhere—it is just becoming more high-tech.
New orgasm control features with upgraded MYHIXEL masturbator
According to the company, the upgraded MYYHIXEL II masturbator relies on artificial intelligence and machine learning to offer personalized experiences. The new features create a better user experience and improved the device’s “usability.”
The mobile app MYHIXEL Play provides established therapies for ejaculation control created by experts. However, it delivers the content in a digitized format meant to be fun and pleasure-first.
The upgraded MYHIXEL CONTROL includes automatic data collection that can be sent in real-time to the MYHIXEL II device to the app, via Bluetooth. The company says to protect privacy, data housed on the app will be encrypted and your personal information is anonymized and secure.

The MYHIXEL Play app also offers weekly plans that cover sex and mindfulness as well as fitness and nutrition.
The predecessor, the MYHIXEL I was an FDA II-registered device. Although the original MYHIXEL masturbator is no longer for sale, replacement sleeves are still available at a discount at the time of writing.
Since MYHIXEL launched its first Kickstarter campaign in September 2018, the company says it has sold more than 15,000 devices in more than 43 countries. According to its internal data, more than 97% of users completed the programs with more control over their ejaculation and gained more sexual satisfaction as a result.
Hands-free MYHIXEL Control
If you want to progress to the higher levels of the MYHIXEL Control training programs, the company says you’ll need to get its hands-free kit. With this accessory you can secure your device to a smooth surface, making the experience more realistic.
This accessory allows for secure attachment to smooth surfaces, providing a more realistic and pleasurable experience.
Together the MYHIXEL II masturbator and the hands-free kit cost more than $400. While that is expensive, there’s a lot of curiosity about sex toys for hands-free orgasms for people with limited hand function and just those who simply want to receive pleasure.
MYHIXEL and virtual sex education
Beyond offering personalized and gamified tools for how to control ejaculation, MYHIXEL hosts a portal on sex education for men. The MYHIXEL Academy provides digital courses on various sexual health topics for men, including delayed and premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, and health pornography consumption.
“Because we know that sex is important, MYHIXEL’s goal is to care for men’s health by offering a revolutionary solution to help men improve their sexual well-being through climax control,” said MYHIXEL Founder Patricia López.
