One of my most popular articles is my review of the Velvet Thruster Prime thrusting dildo. The modular sex toy has many appealing features and optional accessories, including removable handles and a suction cup.

Since there are more sex toy handles, suction-cup dildo mounts, and gripping aids available, it struck me as a good idea to also share them with readers.

So without further ado, here are various products that may appeal to people looking for assistive sex aid options. They are, for now, the six best ergonomic dildo handles and gripping sex toy handle aids available to buy or preorder.

Wand Assist Adjustable Gooseneck

For people who love wand vibrators—but not holding them up—this adjustable gooseneck wand holder may be just what you are looking for.

The plainly named Wand Assist Adjustable Gooseneck from Wand Essentials attaches to flat surfaces, such as a tabletop, headboard, chair, or even a sex machine. A circle clamp on the other end can be adjusted to fit your favorite wand vibrator.

The full sex toy holder reaches 19 inches long and the circle clamp is 2 inches wide, fitting standard-sized wand vibrators. This wand holder is designed to keep the vibrator in place so you can enjoy hands-free pleasure.

Some people find wand vibrators easier to grip due to their wider girth. However, they usually also weigh more than a pound, which can be fatiguing or outright impossible to hold for an extended period.

The Wand Adjustable Gooseneck allows the user to position their wand how they like and it will hold its form.

Cost: from $65 to $115, depending on the seller.

Touchbot ‘Lattice’

Touchbot sex toy handle Lattice

The goal of the company Touchbot is to make sextech products accessible to people with special needs. Its dildo handle called “Lattice” is described as an adaptive reach extension system that supports the brand’s Deep Sea line of biomorphic and 3D-printed sex toys.

The Lattice sex toy handle is also compatible with Soul Source Dilators, which are used in pelvic floor physical therapy. It’s an area of sexual wellness that’s inaccessible to many people with limited range of motion or larger bodies.

The Deep Sea collection of dildos come in versions that support the longer Lattice sex toy handle as well as a different design that supports a dildo suction-cup handle attachment.

The co-founders of Touchbot, Margaret and Alex, met online during the pandemic over their shared interests in design, sextech, and Disability Justice. the sextech company.

According to their bio, the duo began experimenting with 3D-printed ergonomic concepts for pleasure products when Margaret’s initial DIY solution showed promise but required significant upgrades.

In 2021, the sextech startup Touchbot created an open survey asking for feedback on sex toy design needs.

Cost: The sex toy handles start at $65 for the smallest version (7-inch reach, 7.5-inch base) and go up in price for longer versions.

At the base of the Velvet Thruster Prime thrusting dildo is a threaded input to attach a suction-cup mount or optional handles.

The company sells two ergonomic sex toy handles. The long-reach handle has a slight bend useful for solo play, while the shorter partner handle is straight. Both have undulating, up-and-down sloping surfaces, making the ergo handles easy to grip yet smooth to touch.

The suction-cup dildo accessory also attaches at the base with secure threading. It holds the powered dildo in place as it thrusts on smooth walls and surfaces.

You can read the full Velvet Thruster Review for an overview of the powered dildo and its modular, lightweight design.

Cost: The handles start at $46, with the “Smartee” handle for pregnant masturbating costing $63)

Bump’n Joystick

The Bump’n Joystick is a one-meter-long huggable sex toy holder created for various body types and needs.

The lower section offers sex toy mounts for either penis strokers or vulva sex toys. The top section is made of memory foam, offering a soft pillow to hug close and transferring the need away from hands and fine motor skills.

The Bump’n Joystick flexes and bends to meet the needs of different body types and preferences. The bottom section that holds the sex toys can be easily removed for cleaning. Accessible design is the main focus of the Bump’n, which is a disability-first sex tech company created by Andrew Gurza, a man with cerebral palsy.

The Bump'n Joystick is flexible for different abilities, positions, and body types.

At the moment, the Bump’n Joystick is only available for pre-order with shipping expected to begin in late 2023, delayed from the previously expected delivery date of September 2022.

The full price of the huggable sex toy holder will be $250. However, a deposit of $99 is only required for people who want to reserve a Bump’n Joystick.

Once the full-body sex-toy mount becomes available, I expect it will move up near the top of this ergonomic sex toys list.

Silc Touch suction-cup dildo handle

To start the list is the Silc Touch dildo handle created by Matt Heft of SilcArts.

The Etsy shop boasts dozens of five-star reviews for its silicone sex toys and curved dildo handles.

The Pleasurable logo is partly comprised of a SilcArts suction-cup dildo and handle.

“I designed the handle to make toys accessible for the disabled community. However, I’ve been getting rave reviews from able-bodied folx. It turns out this is just a better way to hold a toy,” Heft told SexForEveryBody.com.

Made of urethane plastic, the original Silc Touch uses Vac-U-Lock technology that enables the handle to firmly attach to sex toys while also offering easy removal after use.

Another version of the Silc Touch offers a smooth platform for a suction-cup dildo to firmly adhere to.

Both the Vac-U-Lock and suction-cup dildo handles come in small and medium sizes and cost between $100 and $150. The SilcArts Vac-U-Lock compatible dildos start at $80.

Large and longer medium sizes of the Vac-U-Lock handles are close to completion, Heft added.

Reviews praise the ergonomic sex toy handle for reducing strain on hands, wrists, and the upper body.

One reviewer said, “I wanted to put less stretch/strain on my bad shoulders reaching down and it helps with that as well as an unexpected surprise, once I realized the tiniest bit of leverage pushing the handle away from my body made it hit just right inside my body, I was sold.”

In fact, the curved dido handle impressed the disability-focused sex-ed organization Pleasurable so much, that it included an image of the Silc Touch in its new logo launched in April.

Active Hands small item gripping aid (and sex toy handle)

Although the Active Hands small-item gripping aid wasn’t designed specifically with sex toys in mind, people with dexterity impairments might want to pair it with their smaller-diameter sex toys.

I found it works well with pleasure products that have long bases and relatively consistent widths such as the now-discontinued Ruby clit stimulator from Vibease.

The Active Hands Company is based in the United Kingdom and was created by a man with a high-level spinal cord injury.

Director Rob Smith shares his company’s backstory and goals on the company website:

“We pride ourselves in working with those with hand functions across a wide spectrum of disabilities and activity levels from Paralympic gold medal winners to leisure gardeners and from injured military personnel to small children.”
